Well... I think that for the efficient implementation of any recommendation system some heuristic techniques should be exploited because the real time exact solution could be quite time consuming in a large scale system. But the possible fostering of community interactions seems to worth a try.

Great to see some possible implementation of a recommendation system for the our online community. I'd be curious to know what it would take to do a test of this technology.
